That's right.  It's back again and here we go! I'm excited to be supporting women’s mental health programs at CMHA- Waterloo Wellington by participating in the LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ Run for Women.

It’s not easy, but it’s easier together. 

As many of us are experiencing, coming back to work, the rise and fall of sicknesses... it's all had a significant impact on our mental health. We do the best we can everyday. Sometimes our hearts are on our sleeves, sometimes our hearts are on the ground. But when we put our hearts together, when we’re there for each other, we’re amazing.
