I'm excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at CMHA Waterloo Wellington.
I'm particularly excited to join the Pawesome Pack,, a group of people who are very important to me for my own mental health support.
Most of you are aware of my personal mental health struggles with anxiety and depression. I also have several family members living with anxiety, depression, bipolar, and pts, and the pandemic has significantly affected many of us even more.
