I'm excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington.

I found Up and Running Guelph in the fall of 2023 and have found a community in their run programming. In addition to helping me incorporate more fitness into my life, I have made great connections with women in my community. Please donate to help Up and Running continue their valuable work!
