On May 11th, I’m lacing up my sneakers and diving headfirst into the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women for Women’s Mental Health! ‍♀ And guess what? It supports the Canadian Mental Health Association of Waterloo, Wellington, for women’s mental health programs.

It’s all about coming together for a cause that truly matters.
