I'm excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Run for Women, brought to you by the LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ program raising help for women’s mental health programs at CMHA Waterloo Wellington.

This cause is very near and dear to my heart further, as many of us experiencing, the COVID-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on our mental health.
