I'm excited to once again be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at Calgary Health Foundation. 

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on our mental health that many of us are still experiencing, and the Calgary Health Foundation strives to advance care, wellness and research for women's health.
