I am excited to participate in the 2020 SHOPPERS LOVE. YOU. Run for Women in Support of Women’s Wellness Programs at Canadian Mental Health Association - Kelowna.
Being someone who has survived Postpartum Depression when I was pregnant with Gabby, someone who regularly uses exercise to manage and battle depression, anxiety and fear, someone who now she's her girls coping with anxiety and self esteem, I will be present and support all efforts.
So here I am. And here you are.
So many times Mental Health concerns go undiagnosed or mistreated and we suffer, our friends and family suffer, our workplaces suffer, EVERYONE suffers.
Each step we take towards better mental health is a step in the right direction.
Please join me and my lovely team this May in taking one of those steps in the right direction.
