Exercise is the best way to manage mental health and thousands across Canada will join me to experience the healing effect of walking or running. I have experienced this first hand when dealing with and treating the symptoms of PTSD. Healthy body = Healthy mind!! It can be so much fun and easy to do when you find an exercise routine you enjoy and a group to enjoy it with!!
