I am somewhat embarrased to participate in the Run for Women in Support of Women’s Wellness Programs at The Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba.
Why embarrassed? Because I get to go for a run, which I LOVE, while you get to fork out some cash, and really, who loves that? But you also get to feel GREAT about supporting programs for women's mental health.
