I'm excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the first ever virtual Run for Women, brought to you by the LOVE YOU by Pharmaprix™ program raising help for women’s mental health programs at the Montreal General Hospital.

As many of us are experiencing, the COVID-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on our mental health. Our local charity needs our help more than ever so that they can continue to provide vital support and care.
