Dear all

As you know, every year I commit to train and accomplish a physical goal to help contribute to an important cause. This year, for the third time, I have decided to join thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the 2023 Run for Women, brought to you by the LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ program raising help for women’s mental health programs at The Royal. 

As many of us are experiencing, the COVID-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on our mental health. I thank you in advance for donating to help me reach my fundraising goal. 

100% of the funds raised will go directly to women’s mental health programs in our community.
