Hi everyone! I am so very excited to announce that I will be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the 2023 Run for Women, brought to you by the LOVE YOU Shoppers Drug Mart™ program, which is raising money for women’s mental health programs at Stella’s Circle. 

This is my third year supporting this incredible initiative at Stella's Circle, and personally, it is a cause that is very close to my heart.  As a Member of the Board of Directors for Stella's Circle for the last four years, I have personally witnessed the extraordinary work being done by Stella's Circle staff in the area of Women's Mental Health.  Stella's Circle mental health programming is making a meaningful difference in countless lives, right here in our communities in Newfoundland Labrador. 100% of the funds raised through this initiative will go directly to women’s mental health programs in our community

I would like to acknowledge that the current financial climate is challenging to us all.  I will be donating what I can, and I'm asking you to do the same.
