Running Is Our Therapy & Wine (R.I.O.T & Wine) is excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the 2023 Run for Women, sponsored by the LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ program raising support for women’s mental health programs at The Royal Ottawa Hospital.
We run because it keeps us healthy and happy. We also drink wine because it keeps us healthy and happy. Life is all about balance!
We run for escape.
We run for friendship.
We run for the challenge.
We run for fun.
Sometimes running is the
only thing that makes sense.
We will be running 10km on June 06th!
