Ten years after we first did this, Mike and I are once again going to walk for this excellent cause - Mental Health (in particular, for women). 

We’re excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the 2022 Run for Women, brought to you by the LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ program raising help for women’s mental health programs at The Royal. 

As many of us are experiencing, the COVID-19 pandemic is having a significant impact on our mental health. Please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal.
