I'm excited to be supporting women’s mental health programs at CMHA- Waterloo Wellington by participating in the LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ Run for Women.

As many of us are experiencing, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on our mental health. We do the best we can everyday.
