I am excited to share that I’m participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women in support of CMHA- Waterloo Wellington.

As many of us are experiencing, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on our mental health. Local women's mental health charities need our help more than ever so that they can continue to provide vital support and care to their community.
