I'm excited to once again be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington. This will be my second year participating in this race which supports a cause very near to my heart.
