I'm excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton Foundation. 

Being a mother, I personally know how important these resources are for women in our community. It can be extremely isolating being at home with a baby, especially during a pandemic/post pandemic world. I personally have taken advantage of mental health services through the Canadian Premature Babies Foundation and am very grateful for having access to those free therapy sessions. We need to do more to increase access for parents and women everywhere. Please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal.
