I'm excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at the Calgary Health Foundation. I will be running 10K on June 17th 2023 to show my support.

The Women's Mental Health team has been a huge resource to me since having Wren in May 2022 and I am excited for the opportunity to give back to such a worthy cause.
