We are excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at CMHA Waterloo Wellington, including Up and Running Guelph 

Our community's need for additional mental health support has sharply increased over the past few years and Up and Running Guelph is helping to fill the gap with our group walking and running programs. Exercise and time spent in nature are increasingly recommended by health professionals as part of prevention, early intervention, and treatment plans for depression and anxiety. 

With our program registration numbers 64% higher than pre-pandemic levels,  the demand for community-based programs like Up and Running Guelph is clear.
