Inspired by Em's own resilience and deep compassion, empathy, and kindness towards people struggling with mental health and all the associated daily challenges, we'd like to run (or walk or stroll) on Sunday June 2nd in Ottawa to raise funds for the Royal Ottawa.

To join Team Em, register at runforwomen.ca. There are many options to participate on June 2nd – in Ottawa at the organized 10km run, 5km run/walk/stroll, 1km Little Steps – or run virtually from elsewhere. All are welcome and much appreciated.
