The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada’s Wellness Steering Committee is excited to be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women on Sunday, June 2, 2024, to help raise money for women’s mental health programming at The Royal Ottawa. 

In recognition of the Canadian Mental Health Association’s theme of Compassion Connects for Mental Health Week, we encourage your engagement in this opportunity to walk outdoors, connect with others, and contribute to local mental health care. 

Please consider joining our team or registering as an individual. You do not need to be a member of the Royal College Wellness Steering Committee team to join! All Royal College employees are welcome to join.  

You can participate virtually (walk/run within your community) or in-person at LeBreton Flats Park on June 2, 2024. Those joining our team in-person are invited to meet-up after the event for coffee and conversation (location TBD).

One hundred per cent of the funds raised will go directly to women’s mental health programs. If you are unable to participate in the walk, please consider donating in support of our team instead.
