Join The Maple Grovetrotters for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women!

We’re lacing up our sneakers for a cause that touches hearts and saves lives. Let’s come together to support women’s mental health programs. Here’s your chance to make strides in the right direction!
Please Note: This is separate to the Heart & Stroke Ride for Heart in June. Stay tuned for information on that amazing event soon!

Date: Saturday, May 11th
Location: Conestoga College - Doon Campus (Back side of the College on Doon Valley Drive)
Distance: Choose your challenge! 5K, 10K, or a walk.
Start Times:
8:30 a.m. – 1K Little Steps presented by Culturelle Kids
8:50 a.m. – Welcome and Warm-up
9:15 a.m. – 10K start
9:30 a.m. – 5K start

Suggested Arrival Time: 8:00 a.m.

To have the most enjoyable race day experience, please give yourself plenty of time before your race. Factor in timing for: getting to the event site, parking, toilet use (which may include wait time), getting into your start corral, deep breathing and getting into your groove!

Free parking on the backside of Conestoga College off Doon Valley Drive (next to the Doon Valley Golf Course).
