My name is Tiffany and I chose to create this team of strong mamas and the village of people that keeps us going ❤

This past year I had welcomed the birth of my beautiful son Axel. After 6 years of trying and fertility treatments, we truly were blessed! What started as "baby blues" and random panic attacks, quickly turned into being in a constant state of flight, non-stop panic attacks among other symptoms.  It was truly terrifying- I didn't think I could take it any longer. I knew it was not normal and felt like I had no help or control over the matter. I was given a postpartum scale and with the results was told to go to the hospital. I then recieved a referral to Ontario Shores for their Shoppers Drug Mart Womens mental health clinic. Their team was able to then diagnose me with postpartum anxiety, depression and OCD.

We're excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at Ontario Shores Foundation.
